How to Return or Exchange
At Synergized Cotton, we believe in making your shopping experience as comfortable and seamless as possible. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how:
- Return/Exchange Window: You can return or exchange your order within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Conditions
We welcome exchanges in the following cases:
- If you received the wrong product.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is damaged upon arrival.
- If the product doesn’t meet your expectations.
Return Policy & Charges
- For returns based on your expectations, we will refund the amount of the purchased product, minus 5% of the total order value for freight and packaging costs.
Warranty
- Our products are covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
- Please note: Warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling or normal wear and tear.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging (tags, brand box, or polybags) within 7 days from purchase.
How to Get a Refund
- Refunds are processed within 2-7 working days once the product is received at our warehouse.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded directly to your account.
- COD Orders: Refunded via NEFT transfer (please provide your account details). Please allow 2-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank statement.
Please Note
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on items valued at ₹300 or less.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for stationery and paper items.
